The Tatu City saga has been dragging in the courts for 2 years now. It seems the Commercial Court Division has a tendency to forget about cases. I mean, how long does it take to determine whether an employee has been unlawfully fired? The courts are Anti Business. GOD BLESS YOUR LIFE

the courts have taken so long. this deal has really dragged. The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

KenolKobil - KPRL Dispute Resolved (2010-10-14 13:23:41) KPRL is happy to announce that the drawn out dispute between KPRL and Oil marketing firm KenolKobil has now been resolved. Both KPRL and KenolKobil have agreed to discontinue all claims between them in Kenya including all debit notes and law suits over processing fees. After numerous negotiation meetings between both parties, The Ministry of Energy, and the Energy Regulatory Commission there was consensus to settle the dispute which saw Kenolkobil’s processing agreement reinstated immediately.Both parties declared that they are fully committed to working for the wellbeing of the Oil Industry in Kenya and the Region.
