Keep an eye on this for the yen shorts... The yen oversell is now overextended and a short squeeze is around the corner.

@ceinz - usd big move this week has smashed gold, silver and other commodos. I didn't expect gold bulls to give up support @1650 that easily.

This USD strength with US equities at 5yr highs & lowest volality in years is a smoking gun. The correction will be swift!

Yes, crazy moves we saw this week. Although this was espected especially with the lackluster performance of the commodos the past few weeks. As you say the correction should be a swift one, however only after we bottom out. For silver we should watch out support at 29.00. If it fails then we shall have to wait for a support arouns 27.00. For gold we may bottom out around 1550.

This looks like a shakeout like back in Feb 2011. April contracts indicates the metals will rally at some point from April. The lower the prices the better. Gold 1550-1560. Silver around 26.50.

I use their services. For trading flexibility open the account through their UK office. US has too much restrictions (harsh & ambigious regulation) on fx trading since 2010.

Are you an fx newbie? If so, this is a high risk, high volatility venture and it's not a walk in the park in this high stakes casino. Only invest what you can afford to lose. If you cant stand losing $2000 in a short span, this is not your game. It takes a while to learn the ropes & produce consistent results.
