They paid 21B for a thicket? And they dont even know where the dam is supposed to be despite having "paid" the billions for the dam's construction? They should all return the billions and then be hanged hapo uhuru park.

There's no way one can convince me that this has not been going on for a while.

Thats why MPs want the regulations on withdrawals over 1million expunged.
