Unga results are out this month...the share price is holding steady between 13-14 bob...14 bob is the 12 month closing high and a strong resistance at the moment...

I'm watching the reaction above 14 and below 11.50 to decide whether the bulls or the bears win. I'm leaning with the bulls since 11 - 11.50 has been well defended severally this year.

I haven't had a look at the Ugali company for a looooong time. Then i happened on their June 2008 report at the reception of a clients office while waiting for an appointment.

A quick scan revealed strong EPS growth and healthy NAV.

Who's is in this stock and what they think?

At face value,Unga looks like a sure bet....they make staple food for heaven's sake......

Ah Hem;

I started this thread in May Last year.

Then started my buying in May this year and continued to July... at an average of about 12.2

Unga is now 12% of my real portfolio.

Results expected later this month.... Then i will decide ...

Unga constitutes 20% of my portfolio, you can imagine what will happen when it explodes on either direction of course.

@ mukiha thanks for recommending ugali/chapati to be part of our diet.
@ youcant.. What a swing you are having..lol.
@ guru sukari and Ugali are all carbohydrates so substituting one for the other is absolutely healthy. Let is see how fat this makes u in two weeks or so.

@the deal my investing mind is like a kenyan politician's, very flexible and prone to change. Its obvious that all savvy wazuarians are aware of ugali's fundamentals. Majority of wazuarians are retailers except miss guru, so we need the big money "price makers" for the stock to respond well to fundamentals. Hata hivyo if the stock crosses 15, i will put in some money... That could be on monday or in 2030 lol
