I hope all this bonds and loans are being utilised to the fullest and can be smoothly serviced leaving our dividend intact. "Don't let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning."

I noticed just before closure of Market supply was trickling in. Tommor it may be flat or will dip slightly.......I may be wrong but time will confirm. "A bad decision made now is beta that a good one made later!!"

HFCK's fair value in my calculation is KES 25.50 HF 90,000 ABP 3.83; KQ 414,100 ABP 7.92; MTN 23,800 ABP 6.45

HFCK's fair value in my calculation is KES 25.50 I'll be honest, this year I've traded completely on supply and demand but used fundamental analysis to choose my targets. But I agree its impossible to trade only on supply, you only get half the story. www.kenyahomesguide.com/...ild-new-komarock-estate/institutional memory gathered over the years is an asset that is invaluable. this is where firms such as KCB & HFCK have an edge over their competitors. I doubt many people know that it is HF which constructed Buruburu estate in the 90's and is now putting up Phase V of Komarock. The price rally is backed by strong fundamentals.. 20.00 is now with sight. I expect it to reach at least 24.00 before or after results announcement. 30 end year. 40 fy 2014. The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself
