Agreed. And the crowd is still rushing in. Banks are throwing in heavy bids here since the rate cap law came into being. That creates a strong correlation between sovereign solvency and health of the banking sector. If either one of them gets into trouble the other will swiftly follow. If and when M-akiba gets fully operational the ultimate individual aka wanjiku crowd will be roped in.
The main purpose of the stock market is to make fools of as many people as possible.

Apparently Treasury did not consult CBK on the quarterly bond calendar...MLF is tomorrow and they will only come up with papers for this month.
