just realized im among top 40 shareholders of housing finance, i have bought alot between 3.30 and 4. Out of simple research i realized they have reduced their borrowing significantly from around 16billion 2017, around 13b 2018, around 6b 2019 and around 4b 2020 or im i missing something? There are only two emotions in the stock market, fear and hope. The problem is, you hope when you should fear and fear when you should hope

or im i missing something? Congrats on your attaining top 40 at HF. Reminds me of Top 40 at 40, Top 50 at 50, and so on and so forth. I challenge every wazuan to strive to be among the top shareholders in a company of interest after doing sufficient due diligence. In my years of investing, i have come to realise that 20% of the effort is between knowing when to buy, what to buy and finally when to sell. The remaining 80% goes to patience. @SufficientlyP
