Bharti will most likely sell its towers in Africa to Ericsson/Nokia/Siemens (If the financing arrangement allows) to raise cash for it's next onslaught, it may not be down but they ought to rethink their strategy. If they can't sell, then they are in a gridlock, some African operations will have to go wholesale. MTN is probably standing by for zain kenya.

I hope Zain-Airtel keeps on fighting the good fight... I do enjoy the 3/- rates vs the 12/- cross-calling rates of 2009...
