I disagree, Wazua is NOT a tough forum. What we have is a few individuals who are given to vulgarity. Fortunately, one can easily see who they are, by the way they respond to issues. You call these ''good friends''? I have to really think about that!! The enquiry on Garden Estate was very straightforward. I expected that someone would respond directly to what was asked. I DID NOT NEED the superfluous advice that I have seen from a couple of characters of the ''know it all'' type. In future, I wish people would learn to only answer what they have been asked for.

How can you possibly fit 18 town houses on a quarter of an acre? That's serious over development if not impossible. Or were you referring to apartments? What happens to the quality of the open space which is just as important if not more than what has been built? Thank God someone at the council has the sense to reject your application.

This is a classic example of how people answer things without reading correctly/listening to what the other person said. My email, to quote, clearly said, ''each sitting on 0.25 acres...''. That means that each town house is to be on a quarter acre, not 18 houses crammed on a quarter acre (an impossibility in itself). Kenyans, please pay attention or shut up if you have nothing decent to contribute on a particular subject.

@ Mwene
I dont know which part of Garden your group intends to build the houses. If its Garden court, we as the residents are determined to ensure it does not happen. We have set standards as an association and we will not allow greedy people to mess around with our life. We have paid dearly to retain the value of our assets and we will go all the way to fight.
