i just love the TZs justice system...arrests made on 17th August 2010...prosecution done on 18th August 2010...two days and justice was done..or is it because he was Nairobian whom these fellows hate?

if it was in Kenya this would have been the scenario....

crime committed on 17th August 2010...a stage managed hide and seek game between the police and the criminal would ensue and the arrest made on 28th December 2010 after a public outcry...

the suspect would then be horded in Kamiti remand cells for about a month, for the charge sheets have not been prepared because of lack of resources to facilitate this...

eventually the suspect is arraigned in court on 5th February 2011, but it emerges that the presiding judge is not available on that day and as such the court is adjourned to 4th April 2011. the suspect is taken back to kamiti...
