CDSC have just sent me a short message of book closure for WTK on 10th August, for me a painful reminder of directors who might have done better. That AGM on 17 August at 2.30 pm is one i cant wait for,i need an explanation.
Damn straight... I will be there, will you?

I will vote REJECT or NO to the dividend... I wud rather get no dividend then acquiesce to the Board unless there is a very good reason...

The only problem is ,are there enough shareholders to vote NO? .I am still waiting for the annual report to see the current shareholder structure.

@ Vuvusela, whether you vote no or yes, the final decision is with the major shareholders.
1 share = 1 vote

You may be there in thousands but for example the first 10 major shareholders vote yes and their shares are more than those of the shareholders in attendance, the No will be defeated. Unless WTL get support from some major shareholders.

You must be daft. Very daft. Of course, we would lose [I said as much] coz 'parent' who controls the Board has 50%+.

Unless WTL get support from some major shareholders.
What does that even mean?
