@Gigitali, many thanks, I was beginning to suspect the quality of the STB, but oh well, if thats the case, I guess its just, waiting.

@ bird_man, am getting the usual free to air channels (KTN, NTV etc), all crisp clear. The ones I was enquiring about are Fox, MTV Base, BBC News, Kids something,Naija something, and a handful of others, cant quite remember the names. With these I can get the picture, but no sound.

@Mpenzi: Ensure that you use your external aerial and is properly connected to the "decoder" do the scan and if nothing comes through, rotate the aerial and repeat the scanning until you get the best position with the best signal. Once you have receved the channels fasten the aerial and you're done!Sit down and enjoy your TV!

By the way where are you? hope you are within a radius of about 150Km from Nairobi.The role outto the other parts of the country has not yet started! but expected to start soon.
