Applause Actually, the only thing being traded is Mumias.

Applause So sexy you might say.

d'oh! Was it McReggae or ecstasy who sold his shares at slightly over 10 bob?

d'oh! Jump right back dear.

d'oh! The bus is still within reach

d'oh! But by friday, twenty bob will be very possible

Good tidings.

However look at the figures. Books for the same period in the previous financial year vis a vis the one under review:

Revenue; current 7.6Bn, previous 5.1Bn
Profit before tax; current 1.5Bn, previous 230M

There must be something they were handling terribly wrong over the last period.
Has there been any changes in the top management staff or did they make any major review of how thay run the business?

Plenty of supply at 11.50 so unless more buyers come in... the suppliers will start increasing...

The current price is 10.50 (11.14am)...

What goes up comes down, eventually.... the good thing with this share is that it is not touching 7 any time soon.... my guess is that it may stablise at 8-9bob after the emotions have cooled off but it will be a darling for many longterm investors... if you are a day trader, probably for now, the ship has left the dock.

Late to the party today.

@Pretty, think I may be the one eating my words - I must admit 560% is pretty...

Not sure where it will be in June but if @stock.enigma is right, we all need more sugar in our lives. Good play @cnn - did you make like 70% return in a month?

But I must say the market is never straightforward. Maybe the gain was already factored in but I was expecting a greater gain than 20%.

I think they suddenly got some cane from somewhere, wont you say?

Probably discovered a few farmers they were missing hidden in the tall cane ...

All in all "better never than late" i say ... Drool

I can taste the sugar ... and it's sweet, my broda!
Don't gamble; take all your savings and buy some good stock and hold it till it goes up, then sell it. If it don't go up, don't buy it...

Well... the better weather (in that part of the world) may have helped with higher cane production...

Last year cane cutters went on strike...
