Thanks very much Fgakuru. I must say you are one very positive Kenyan and you have truly encouraged me.

Do you mind sharing with me places where I could buy a plot for that amount? send email to kalachake@yahoo.com when you have some time.

God bless!

Mtaalam,

Very possible. not just building and roofing with mabati, but build and have a slab so you may jenga others on top when you get more money. One lorry of mawe for example will cost you approx 6k,and six lorries are more than enough. Sand ya 35K itatosha na ibaki, milango tano na dirisha tano ni kitu 60K. You have only used 140K so far. cement, chuma,Mafundi na maji wakule hio 300 imebaki. May be with your supervision you can avoid some other unnecessary costs like cimiti kuibiwa na amfundi, and may be,may be you can have some money left kuweka stima na kulipa maji. Maji you spend approx 20K na stima utatumia 60K. Its very possible.

my email address is xslixe@yahoo.com. By the way,i am not a broker,as a believer of the sk forum,i believe together we can!
