I am tempted to join the DC Crew lakini wacha ni pambane na effects za covid kwanza

Gracias. Karibu sana DC. I have never met someone who ever bought and built in DC who says they regret the decision. The more the merrier! Watu wanajenga kujenga hapa. Pic from my recent stroll...

Is that safaricom 1 near Muigai?

Yezzir! Have you invested hapo? Very beautiful homes coming up there.

Yep. Got some in those locality. 2006/7 a quarter was below 500K when I got in.

You are sitting pretty brother. At 3.5 and up at present, this is why I say DC is the future. In 1999 in Kite CBD same size was going for 10k. Hindsight is always 20-20 but I surely wish I had bought like 10 acres at that time. Oh well.. of wishes and horses.

We got more in common and we should compare notes

Been there@town centre plus @Hawa 5 acres since 2010 was abt to exit at some juicy figure but Rona happened. Thinking of ranching on this 5 acre jewel.

Your cap gain will be kurazy! Niuzie at below market as you are already making an incredible profit anywayDrool

Wise move. Selling too early is like handing over millions in future cap gains to the next buyer.

ANYWHERE
on Old Namanga all the way from Kitengela Capital Centre area/Esidai to Acacia feeder road (and several km in on both sides of it) is prime. GoK has been saying for a while that the road is to be tarmacked as a kind of bypass through Jewel in the Crown. I think the tendering process for it was done some time back. Only a matter of time before this happens.

An acre or 1/2? If it is an acre and the deal is legit, run towards it like Usain BOLT my broda. That is a super deal.

Kabsaa. And be very careful with verifying the distance. They will say 7km, then when you drive there and measure using your odometer you find it is 30km in nearer to Rongai than to Jewel in the Crown. Ask for pin well in advance.

he should get a surveyor too to confirm the location. people have been sold plots in far flung areas while being taken to prime ones.
