With a small bag for brief stay, yet he was going for treatment. @Bigchick summarised it nicely, IQ tingz.

I have never understood why people become this greedy. I can never fight for wealth to this level. Never ever.

Alot of questions huko twirra....

@nelly

Kenyans have already judged and prosecuted SARAH WAIRIMU for the murder of TOB COHEN. But what if she's actually being framed? Here's a thread of questions to consider.
1: How long has SARAH WAIRIMU been in custody?
2: If TOB COHEN had been missing for over 40 days, does it mean he was held hostage for a couple of weeks, then killed and disposed afew days ago?
3: If the body was recognisable, it means it had not been in the water for too long
4: How come the cement that sealed the hole was still very fresh, yet the compound is said to have been "sealed" by the police?
5: Why would SARAH WAIRIMU be as stupid as to kill her husband and dump his body in their compound?
6: Is it possible that TOB COHEN was only killed and his body disposed while SARAH WAIRIMU was in police custody? Given that the cement was still fresh and the body not too discomposed to be identified.

How did @Nelly know the cement is fresh?
On the matter of disposal it was a brilliant because nobody would imagine that the body could be within the compound. That's why it took police 60days. Almost perfect murder only that Sarah talked too much and they involved too many people.

Wow looks like the chickens are coming home to roost. If her lover is the one that led detectives to the water tank, he will sing like a bird and she will have nowhere to hide. The pressure of having so many detectives hounding you was too much for that Karanja guy to bear.

....the fact that she was the wife for years, under the law she was entitled to his estate...She didn’t have to kill(if she did)....The courts could make sure she got her entitlement...She needed a good divorce lawyer not a hit man...

She was entitled to a part of his estate. Not all of it. Kenyan law says you have to show that you contributed to the acquisition, which is something a good lawyer can help you to do during divorce proceedings. If you've been married 29 years you would likely end up with a substantial share of the estate even if you were a housewife. Her greed led her to try and get everything her husband thrown to the side like some useless trash.

She will have a lot of time to think through her folly and greed at Lang'ata women's prison.

Tob Cohen married her when she was 22 and he was 42, she must have been very pretty then. Ukipata mali avoid the slayqueens like a plague. Once she tires of you she will try to take you out as she will feel very entitled to your money.

I think I can say this and get away with it because I am a Kyuk and I have many kyuk female relatives.

There is only one easy option to divorce a kikuyu woman. You get broke. A few smart guys know how to fake this. You don't even need to worry about child support, she will drop you like hot coal and you will not hear from her again.

If you are middle class, expect an epic battle in the children's court.

If you are wealthy ( Networth > 20M ), my brother, you ain't leaving a Kikuyu woman. Unless by "leave" you mean to the after-life.

She will walk away like kori. This case is complicated. Also she is innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. Next week she gets released on bond like Ombado.

Killing him would have meant she looses everything. So why should she do that if her interest was the property while the divorce was guaranteed to give her part of the property? We should be looking for the person who would have benefited from the murder and certainly its not her.

In her evil mind she thought that she'd never be caught.

Wrote letters to the police and lawyers to withdraw assault charges and divorce proceedings.

She probably thought that since there was enough evidence of assault, the courts would be in favour of the man and she was bound to lose.

So now she thought telling the police that the man is out of the country would have them busy looking elsewhere as his body decomposes in the septic tank.

As Kinoti has said, there's is no perfect crime. There is always a clue that uncovers the whole thing. It's only in cases of " a lone gunman" that it takes a while to uncover. Where two or more are involved, there will always be a clue. There is even a theory in management decision making known as the " prisoners dilemma" that exemplifies the thinking behind gangs and prisoners.
