That's doubtful. There are other activities that you do but you rarely notice like opening your eyes, shifting breath...

The question is about consciously programmed activities.

And one should be happy when its happening.We have people struggling with this.

3. Pack breakfast and lunch
4. Leave home at 7 am

5.00 am Wake up
10 min- Check emails/ News/Messages
40 min - Shower, dress etc.

6.00 am, leave the house for work

6.05 am, stop in coffee shop for to go coffee.

6.30 am arrive at work

6.30- 7.45 am prepare for the day

8.00 am office work day starts.

I like to sleep, so I woke up at 11 o’clock. Sometimes I sleep until 13-14 hours.
Then I make tea very slowly, have breakfast.
I always brush my teeth after eating. And then you can take a shower, if not laziness.
As a result, I wake up completely only at 15-16 hours.
I'm preparing lunch and dinner. I go about my business after eating.
After 19.00 I trade on Forex.
I walk out of the house for a jog before bedtime.
Meetings appear sometimes, then I change my schedule a little and wake up earlier.
