This young Havi lawyer is not very bright. He has now confirmed to everyone that Wanyama is actually a credible witness. When you are defending someone the last thing you want to do is acknowledge that the prosecution's witness is credible.

This Peter Wanyama, family and close associates should be under police protection. I will not be surprised if all tricks are pulled and the case never sees the light of day.

Clearly, the good professor is guilty of something if his lawyer has to go to social media to insult and intimidate the prosecution witnesses. But how do you testify against a criminal who seems to be protected by the judiciary? Hii ni big fish.

Surely there is no honor among thieves. They should take time and rehearse on the Prisoners Dilema in Game Theory and apply it.

Anyway, this is another waste of time after all, a man called Kidero stole billions and is still roaming the streets a free man. In Kenya, justice is but an English word from a mzungu's dictionary.

Hii Kenya ni Mungu tu. (Same phrase I grew up hearing years ago.

The Judiciary should play its role...the(false) bravado they(Wakora et al) showed during presidential petition 2017 should be replicated in corruption cases.Let 2019 not end without a single conviction.
