Allow me to inform You about Uganda's Oil - The quality of the Oil is not High end,but light crude oil or 'waxy' for that matter . For this quality of oil the best You can get out of it is parrafin or You top it up and get diesel .

It will take some time (mark my words) for the oil fields to be developed .This is because the Tullows and Heritage Oil Co's idea is not the same as the Uganda govt's idea which is domestic use .

Ask Yourself why the big boys': Shell,Chevron or even the Libyans have not run very fast to tap the new oil wealth that you have expressed .

On mIGINGO,Museveni is just being a bully but Uganda have more to lose than to gain if we close our borders leave alone the port. .Trust me.

Without appearing to chest thump,or belitlle others,Kenya's GDP is only equivalent to that of TZ,UG,Rwanda and Burundi combined.
Hence Museveni needs to think again,if indeed his design is that of aspiring to play the regional diminant male on the basis of the economic war chest.
