If u would have bought KCB in March in the 20s, you would have been pretty close to that 100% perhaps when we also sell at 60 here we may join u there

There are several shares in East Africa that have outperformed KCB over a 10year period. Even Equity has had higher returns

In 10years, i have bought and sold several companies, infact I had fully divested from the stock market thee last 2 years or so until March 2017 where I bought KCB which has done quite well for me since March almost 100% in profits

Listed banks? I prefer I&M, NIC and Equity over KCB over a 5-year period.

Since the year began there has been no activity on NIC while KCB has been doing well.


Problem with NIC is iliquidity. It just doesn't move with the market to realize value quickly enough.
