@Mcreggae/Kingfisa,

I have listened to an interview with the owners of the cargo and that part about sold fuel sounds like hogwash since the lorry was in a convoy and the others arrived in kisumu safely with the cargo intact.The driver had already informed his employer and he was waiting for help when the villagers descend on the cargo.He pleaded with the villagers and informed them of the danger but instead,he was beaten up.At this point,he was adviced to leave the area for his own safety and moments later,an idiot tried to ng'owa the Batt.It sparked and the lorry went Ka-booooom..........Let's say some Kenyans love being roasted.

Overheard: woman after being refused to scoop oil from the tanker that didn't blow up near Kisumu - 'hii ni desel,si petral!' Please note that's not a spelling mistake,I've quoted her verbatim. Tragic comedy is what it was,plus the guy saying he'd rather roast when full

Njung'e/Kaiganjio,

This could be a different case but the fact that some of these drivers siphon fuel and cause convinient accidents cannot be thrown away. Next to my ushagoo there was a field where these fellows used to branch to spihon fuel and around 70kms from my home is apparently a 'black spot' for fuel tankers.......why do you think so????

Its called greed! One of the evils of human kind! Remember the devil came to kill,to destroy and to still. ....................Well,he has just accomplished one of this duties: To Kill.

But you shall remember the LORD your God,for it is He who is giving you power to make wealth,that He may confirm His covenant which He swore to your fathers,as it is this day. Deu 8:18
