business insider Growing up I remember I was told to marry a woman who was Atleast 4yrs younger than me because woman matures faster emotionally and reasoning than men.
To add to that when divorce proceeding is going on even if the woman was the one doing wrong usually the judges statements go like " it's the best interest for the kids to be raised by their mother" I rarely see kids taken to father hata kama the woman is drunkard the state would prefer the kid raised by aunt ,or even foster homes kama ni majuu but rarely father.
I agree with all you guys .most companies succeed because of laid structures so that whoever comes to be a leader be it a woman or man it doesn't matter. Though apart from having emotions rollercoasters women make better judgements in common sense issues .That's just my take
My analysis is just from simple common sense and stand to be corrected.
