Why a person should be happy on the day he/she was born is a puzzle. Especially when it's remembered that you die when born.

It's a delusion really. 'Thank God I'm alve', you say. When in fact you're dead.

Paradoxically, when you're alive there's only eternity and not in need of a birthday.

Has it occurred to you that the hunger for success is in fact the fear of death? Even 'success' is a delusion.

Alas, @masukuma doesn't even exist! He was never even born! Mostly he was conceived outside the 'womb', long after some 'birth' said to be his... in a manner so fictious.

Take a selfie of the non existent cadaver.

I have always found it a bit lacking in intelligence to think of languages as belonging to certain ethnic groups or people and thus get astonished when a white person speaks a certain tongue well. A language belongs to the speaker not the ethnicity of the speaker. An english man born and raised in china by chinese parents may speak mandarin as well as what we would refer to as a "native speaker". So Kiswahili and english and terrible kyuk are my languages. A Luo living in Central who is able to speak flawless kikuyu naturally takes ownership of the language... much in the same way we speak english and own it! the people you think are owners of the language just inherited it to speak it and didn't add a single word to it's vocabulary.
