I must admit - it took me time to figure out why!! the easiest text to read there was USA and at first I thought someone had photoshopped it to say MISS UNIVERSE was actually from the US and later I read through it all and wondered "where is the winner" and later I saw it (first I saw MISS UNIVERSE and dismissed it and later saw Philippines somewhere down there) and I was like... WHO DESIGNED THIS LAYOUT? Even assuming that visual access to the names at the bottom are difficult, at least the 2nd runner up and 1st runner up are very clear, why he thought 1st runner up equals the winner is the strange bit, the design of the card is confusing but the guy went ahead and made up his own rules, plus he could clearly see the two ladies on stage were from philipines and colombia. The least he could have done was to ask for help, since its clear from the card that the winner is not easily recognizable. definitely... the bad design does not absolve him.... all we can say is POLE KWAKE... THIS WAS BAD!! All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!
