Safaricom and Jubilee. Safaricom choice is obvious, it was either safaricom or equity, but saf edges it. Jubilee, well managed and we'll diversified including 3 listed firms on the NSE

WAZUANAS, WE ARE TALKING ABOUT "LIFE TIME" HERE, REMEMBER.

Make your choices soberly, think of it like "FOR 100 YEARS".

I still remain with KPLC & KK, if its about life times!

Taking a quick survey. Here is the question...

If you could buy 2 stocks at today's prices and hold them for life, which stocks would they be?

Mine would be Equity Bank and Safaricom.

just one EAGAADS.

Yes, life. Thats Already my investment strategy so no big deal for me.

It depends on continued good performance and good management if either adversely/irrepairably change, share dropped

EABL and KCB....Reasons being BBC (beer, banks, cement) = growth. Both companies have room for strong growth. Alcohol will likely be consumed 100 years from now hence the EABL pick. KCB has shown strong market leadership qualities, innovation yada yada. My choices are based on strong management & consistency, not speculative growth.

Lifetime ni ngumu but I want firms that have solid corporate governance that has been tested over the years. Furthermore, the core product/service is something we will need for many more decades.

EABL - Alcohol has been around for millennia and isn't being replaced soon! EABL is almost 100 years old with a parent who has been around for centuries.

Bamburi - Cement (& its variations) have been around for centuries as well. The parent has a long history of corporate governance. The product remains relevant to us now & likely in the distant future.
