And what happened to the 3.5b cash raised in march in the rights issue? No impact at all on profitability

It's not enough time to put the cash to work except in T-Bills. The impact will start showing up in 3Q. Full impact in 2016.

Problem is they are a bank, not a property development expert. they must be making costly mistakes in the projects, cost overuns etc..
