As someone asked, how many lifetimes would you need to legitimately buy the property the Nairobi County CFO has, earning only Kshs 85,000 per month?..

It depends on whom he is transacting with.If they've no relations with the county govt then I don't see what you'd have on him.As for the land,its always tricky and cases can be resurrected long after you've left office.
