Access Kenya was an exception, and still the new guys made off with a steal.. This may take the shape of Rea Vipingo which will include suspension at the NSE.. Plus there is no real intrinsic value of purchasing the bank.. Check the last ten years of performance

As early as February 27th 2016,I pleaded for total sell off. Now we are 1 Kenya shilling away from KES 7.5.. The exchange bar rings true

Though when you read the article... BB folks did what they had to do to save the bank [& came out OK] whereas in KQ, it was a total rip-off of the shareholders by the crooked management and board of KQ.
