I have a predicament. I need to transfer cash to field teams in northern Kenya. amounts ranging from kshs 10000 to kshs 90,000 total transfer can be amounts of kshs 5m

whats the easiest way to do this since bank transfer is not an option; most if not all recipients don't have a bank a/c?

I have been trying to open a stanchart a/c that has to mpesa option but some document from registrar of company has taken forever and i need to transfer by Thursday next week.

I have heard of one that safaricom is piloting; how long does it take to activate and whats the requirement (not from safcom but from those who have used it practically)
