From now on every person who gets tested and found to be HIV positive would not just get counselling and medication. They would also get a mark in a form of a tattoo near their genital according to the bill singed by the president.
“The mark is to protect those who can’t say no to sex. I mean if you can’t read between the lines you should read between the legs because that’s where the status would be tatted."
Tatoo PAP If this is true (that link is very gutter-ish) then it is the most idiotic thing to do. People now have one more reason NOT TO GO for testing!!!
And when one meets such people, the absence of the tattoo will create the impression that the person is HIV negative. Total bull crap!!!
If they are serious, let them get the self testing HIV kits that were launched in Britain and subsidize the cost so that watu wa bend over (akina jaggernaut) watembeage na kit! A saliva kit would even be better. Ati ni kununulie tot? Tema mate hapa tusisumbuane baadaye!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
