So funny. These you call Financial institutions are not rocks that leak water/money. They are institutions owned by people who start by investing the little they have untill they go big with all required standards/rules to meet. If an Institution is to survive it can't give free money as it is also a business entity pying to govt(Taxes) and owners sharing profits/dividends.
Those who are philanthropic like you may have made some money good enough to help others...ofcourse you would do it for free as its scarce and will dry up.
So stop those dreams, let everyone sweat...Remember Jomo Kenyatta once said, "Get your ass/bottom scarred waiting for free things"smile smile
it is funny that not everyone has a title deed or a heavy bank statement..do you know what this implies that poor would die poor and rich would grow more rich.

I believe even our Lord did not want all of us to have a place to live, take this example from I Tim 6:8

Quote:
Contentment in Godliness
…7For we have brought nothing into the world, so we cannot take anything out of it either. 8If we have food and covering, with these we shall be content. 9But those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful desires which plunge men into ruin and destruction.…
Time is money, so money is time. Money saved is time gained in reverse! Money stores your life’s energy. You expend your energy, get paid money, and store that money for a future purchase made in a currency.

There is a difference between being homeless and not owning a home.

There are very few homeless people but very few home owners as well.

Which problem do you wish to tackle: homelessness or home ownership?

both of them , my goal is to see the most I can make to have their own properties just to make that minor difference.
