Then Jesus asked him, "What is
your name?" "My name is
Legion," he replied, "for we are
many." Mark 5:9

Similarly Kenyans are many but we are one.

In addition to @Nakujua's value: protracted dowry negotiations (mountains), demonstrations (teachers, students & pupils), bullfighting, tea and kakuku (mulembe), fishing (kwa akina dodo), buying and selling cattle at night (pokot).

Feel free to add.
Life is short. Live passionately.

kwanza that dowry value thing is very profound in most of us.
can't fail to add one of our most valued value - the ability to sub contract our thinking to our tribal political kingpins, plus failure to give way in traffic.

Values, are the grip of death. No wonder my experience as a citizen is that of daily confronting the walking dead.

Shape shifting might be the ultimate solution.

You're turning into the overman then? Are you going beyond good and evil to create your own life-affirming morality?

The destiny of Man is 'overman'. I'm grasping my destiny and realizing a life-affirming ethic that has always been waiting for me.
