Who in most instance don't give a hoot about the happenings. Quoting some local musician 'unanipa shida zako na mimi nina zangu'. Sharing is what makes women live longer. Keeping stuff to ourselves is what makes men die sooner than women. When a woman has challenges, she opens up to her friends and relatives, they discuss, empathise, and at times share even bigger challenges than the first woman has. One realizes she is not alone, the weight of the matter reduces, the stress reduces etc. Talking to the media might be going to far. Friends and neighbours, maybe the lady trusts them but some abuse the trust. Longer by how many years? Portfolio: Sold You know you've made it when you get a parking space for your yatcht.

And the guy most of the times never gets heard, he is summarily tried and judgment passed in the media. A bad reputation then follows him wherever he goes. If you have beef go to court, and if its matters not regarding law see your shrink or talk to friends. Remember that Njeri Oyatta lady? What she was doing really got my goat. That was idiotic. And who knows how much of it is pure fiction? I have no sympathy for her.

Grand fathers or grand mothers. Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
