Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

In that case expect a one off restructuring expense in FY15 followed by improved Cost to Income ratio in FY16.

What was the actual reason for a drop in CO-OP Bank stock from 22 to 19.80? I do not see any reason for a drop and infact we should have a rise as there was no loss but a gain though less than 2013 when they were paying less taxes.
Do we want to say that taxes are negative business deals when these taxes are used by govt to meet required development?
It is time we moved away from such a perception!!!!

I had chosen since 2011 COOP and KNRE aka Kanyari and I can testify one word: UNCLERS. This is when you compare with their peers returned over those 2 years. I could have made more with CFC and Panafrican !!
