What next will the courts stop? Hope they won't stop Kenya Power connecting 1m customers to electricity? Seems the courts are on a mission to ensure we remain in the stone age.
They were not stopped because of the courts. They were stopped because they were hogwash.
You seriously can't be defending anyone that does their job without professionalism.
The whole world knows that before you commission projects you ensure that land owners are compensated in full. It's been done since Kenyattas time. Some guys even make money off buying land near areas they know things like Lapsett will pass through. Just ask the former tenants of Bubbles restaurant and disco.
If the people in charge of ensuring the legal process is followed don't do their work, fire them. Don't go talking about the courts.
By this time it should be obvious to you that most of these projects are just meant to make followers happy and none will be implemented by the time this first term is through.
Even the power thing was done under Kibaki and that Raila fellow.
If you try to compulsorily acquire my land for 10k, I will make your life miserable and even go to the Hague. to hell with development. Pay me first.
Jose: If I make it through this thug life, I'll see you one day. The Lord is the only way to stop the hurt.
