We use UCHUMI, they are good, no excuses. And they always ask you if you have "Uchumi card".
Is it possible there are some dishonest guys in Tuskys, redeeming these points and using them?
I think the Tusky's card is easily the worst managed of the big supas. It was just a 'me too' copy cat card. No strategy, no internationalization plan, no nothing. The redeeming of points is perpetually suspended, you lose all previous points in case you lose the card and the process of getting one takes forever.
