And where does charity begin? Charities/ Foundations decide the areas and places they want to start their interventions. If you want a charity or foundation to start their activities in your home, the best is to start yours or better still urge your local leaders (If they are not mean/stingy, and are willing to listen to you) to start one. By the way Awasi is in which county?
