It's not about kukwazana, it's about privacy, every cow and man knows that hautakikani kula nyasi ya boma coz you urinate on the same grass unless God shortchanged you intellectually.

At least police housing has gotten attention by the current govt. By the way I always wonder, why is it necessary that police must be housed by the govt? Why not give them a house allowance and let them live where they want as long us the report to work at the right time? Someone explain please.

Washiku which attention? Can you tell me concrete action/plan jubilee has for housing police officers? As far as I know it's only kibaki who tried to pay attention to the police housing requirements. What Jubilee is doing is increasing policy intake without increasing budget allocation for police housing.
I'm made to understand that, once you reach a certain rank on the disciplined forces, you move out and you are entitled to a housing allowance.

Another reason why they can't be given a housing allowance is because it's not sustainable
