You have to first open a bank account with them and then you put an application to buy the shares. If there are any willing sellers you will get the shares.

I think before getting extremely excited, look at the following glaring facts. How may times have they planned to list before and revised the timelines? When was that? When are they now planning to list? How fast has their topline and book grown compared to similar banks? etc. This will guide you towards knowing where they truly stand.

family to issue a right issue.This may also be a great entry point for nonshare holders incase it's undersubscribed.
