If being Christian is being like Jesus (a.s) then I would like to be enlightened, hoping that this will be a dialogue rather than a monologue as we saw in the other two threads. Let's go... @alma is waiting already.

Will you respond to me this time around as in 'dialogue' that you are requesting? I am willing to dialogue. 'Civily'

This time? I always respond @muriel. I'm more than willing too.

I'm just curious?? Did Abraham, Moses, David, Daniel or Jesus pray to a trinity?? If so where is the evidence??

My take: Trinity is just an invention of the master Mushrik "St. Paul"! Sad

If it is the fear of the muslims that is making @Admin play into their hands, why are all the other threads they have posted into, open?

Is there anywhere in the Bible Jesus himself talks about DYING FOR OUR SINS??

All the references I find talk about him being killed only because he was hated by the jews!

"Dying for our sins" looks like another invention Sad

@guru, all religion is made of invention, and trying to highlight other religion's inventions instead of the inventions in your own isn't only hypocrisy but a highly advanced form of idleness which in my opinion opens up opportunities for things like terrorism.

Why, it seems like @Hamburglar is better company in Wazua. Only we don't seem to engage him on 'proper grounds'.

We pray to GOD THE FATHER through GOD THE SON by the POWER OF THE SPIRIT.

The Father commands, the son carries out the command of the Father and the Spirit brings into effect the command of the Father and the Action of the Son.

The bolded prayed to God the Father through animal sacrifices but God saw it fit to replace the animal offerings with his Son Jesus.
Jesus was/is not a creation,He was God in flesh because God in His Godly nature could not die on the cross. You cannot crucify God!
God had to take on the human nature and it's earthly sins to qualify for crucifixion.

Did Jesus pray to the trinity?

Jesus=Trinity=God.

'God as Man Jesus,' prayed to God just like the rest of the disciples but 'Jesus as God,' forgave our sins.
So was God praying to himself?
nope, because jesus was a man just like paul when he walked the earth. The way paul prayed is He prayed. So he prayed to God as man not as God.

So did the trinity cease to be because God walked the earth as Man Jesus?nope!because Jesus was God only in a different location and form for a purpose.

Why would God as man pray to himself? The trinity is 1 God in 3 forms.

Finally,The things of the spirit are spiritually discerned and those of flesh are discerned in the flesh.
Anyone can interpret scriptures the way they want, but only few guided by the sirit can discern it.
ok that's my end.smile

You havent answered my question?

The things we believe in Islam were spoken by God or Muhammad....

Unless you consider Paul a prophet where is "dying for sins" spoken by Jesus himself??

All your explanations above is just catholic conjecture which came long after Jesus died!
Trust me I used to be one of them!

If all you have written above is true why did Jesus forget to teach it himself??

How come people never worshipped "God the man" as he healed the blind, raised the dead, and forgave sins??
