Testing all time lows and posed to break below the 3/- handle. I don't think there is a share that has deflated this rapidly post IPO in NSE's history. $15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

The price looks attractive. with 3.20 printed today, i see a 2.95 being achieved by this time next week. At this price I will plunge in citing making a killing just on the margins one can make by a few fluctuations but not based on fundamentals. First there was this http://www.businessdaily...0/-/sh0r34/-/index.html
Then there was this http://www.businessdaily...6/-/apx1dd/-/index.html
What owner sells share of his own company as soon as it lists? to purchase a new Mercedes or does he not believe in his own company? Then again hass consult performs the research (primary research) on kenya's real estate environment and are are the only people I know in kenya who publish some of this data for free. Some of the data is withheld and sold to developers or banks etc. Im no investment guru by any measure but I think Hass knows something that we dont know and are 'putting their money where their research is' so to speak I think if hass is confident, that is probably a signal of bigger things to come. Lets wait and see

The 900m bond issue also flopped. Investors have no confidence in this company even the large shareholders significantly reduced their stake in the company. But I think it is a good share for "short term Kills" but I will never hold it for the long term

This one is a @guru play, HAFR, Neveready...she makes money here..if you don't watch the movements daily keep off "There are only two emotions in the market, hope & fear. The problem is you hope when you should fear & fear when you should hope: - Jesse Livermore .

What kind of business model is this???Any arrangement where the person contributing 60% in an investment makes a loss and the one contributing 40% makes a profit is a shitty deal. These Home Africa fellows should be investigated. These deals are very Merali - ish. Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

I have therefore commenced carefully buying into the company. I still expect it to continue dropping but obviously it has to stop somewhere. Even eveready stopped at 1.40/-. Maybe, just a maybe, HomeAfrika will want to out do it, and stop at 0.5/-? It's just a maybe! I'm done advocating here... I have no idea what more to say! I guess Eveready and Home Afrika are one and the same crappy companies as many wazuans have indicated here but I'm still buying.. I was shocked to find buy order at 5bob had cleared, it had been sitting there for long! Pole sana on HAFR. I got burnt by the crooks running Olympia and since then I stay out of firms whose management looks shady! @vvs told you all! Shady management! Shady deals!!! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

@guru267 and fellow shareholders should ask themselves who Seyani Brothers & Co and Patrick Ng'ang'a are. They made a killing when this thing listed. Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

We can comfortably say for last 2 years owners have only made 20M - 18M = 2M in profits. Does it get more bonoko than this? Time is money, so money is time. Money saved is time gained in reverse! Money stores your life’s energy. You expend your energy, get paid money, and store that money for a future purchase made in a currency.
