Kwangu, +18.8% +17% are laudable results and the Bonus is a big deal in increasing liquidity here. Hii counter inafaa kuwa huko 80s Why would "increasing liquidity" be your primary concern for a stocks price to rise?? if anything, it should go down( supply n demand) i guess it works different in Kenya?? Share buybacks increase value for Shareholders not INCREASING LIQUIDITY. Have you asked yourself...if this company had soo much in Retained earnings (i.e. such a high NAV) why are they just giving a stingy 0.80 dividend? @ Guru, one thing about NAVs, you should always give a margin of safety, reason for this is that you have to discount for bias. What Moat does this company have? If you look carefully at the results... most of the "profits" are from revaluation of properties. @horton, if you have ever tried buying this counter you would know why increasing liquidity is important. You also need to understand NSE, bonus issues augur well and they end up increase the worth of ones holding .... dividend, @guru amejibu ... profits, they are both from operations and the properties. those at this counter treasure both and they know both will continue to deliver good results ... that said, mr. market was happy with the results delivered ;-)
