Assuming a buying price of kes 4m and 25 k rent, the returns are after 13.33 years. There are far much better return options in Kenyan real estate that perform less than the 13.3 years.

Beyond the beautifull lush green gardens, nicely done houses is the rot that is olonyori. All my taps are leaking, blocked toilets and power problems related to poor quality wiring. After 4 months of actually staying here all my taps are leaking no pwer in kitchen everyone is complaining but from outside they look good. IF I CAN REVERSE TO april i wouldnt have purchased here

Pole..do these kinds of houses have a warranty?I believe these are on the Syoki railway side..how does one cross-over to the other side if coming from town?

@premio, pole. what i would consider major problems with apartments for sale would be structural defects eg cracks , poor architectural design eg where some rooms are too dark, no ventilation, poor privacy settings etc since these cant be redone hence total loss to the buyer. plumbing and electrical works can easily be redone but at a huge cost to the buyer.

The houses are well done. Fittings are the problem i dont know where they managed to get very luxurious looking taps yet they are bogus. The guy who unblocked my Toilet says the place will be a disaster if one house blocks affects even the main line might be cheap to fix that but still a nuinsansce after forking 4.25m. DSTV ports not working in most houses. Sadest thing is not solar water heating installation done despite it being a modern devt. The developer seems to be backtracking on the issue of buying a generator for common areas lighting despite using it as a SELLING POINT. Deposits refunds from an insider big problem if u buy be in it to the end
