This vindicates my assertion that JT never completed any safari rally in his various attempts.

Safari rally no, but he completed local rallies.
Even akina Phineas kimathi and Gregory Kibiti never finished the safari rally

Jonathan was not a participant in the 1980s. He started sometime in the 1990s

My point was that the period during which no African finished the rally was the 1980s up to 1987. JT did not participate during this period. So using that as vindication is invalid. I believe JT ended up finishing the rally sometime in the 1990s. I can't remember when. But he did finish.

You are mistaken, JT never completed any known safari rally. This you can take to any bank , even if it's Faulu.

-1991 with Ibrahim Choge Pos 21
-1996 with Ibrahim Choge Pos 10
-1997 with Ibrahim Choge Pos 5
-1999 with Saleh Mahesh Pos 11

I am just glad I didn't take that cheque you gave me to Faulu bank as you had suggested. It would have bounced higher than a kite.
