What was soooooo hard for the ICC to accept the submission made by a cooperating and sitting President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto to attend the trials alternately to allow state duties to proceed constitutionally???

Unless of course the ICC and/or its non-member state financiers had other intentions..
