Yes it would and possibly an expensive one for the pharmaceuticals.The question is why go to all that trouble if you're not getting something in return because big pharma can 'lobby down' this issue.
Is it overdose/abuse that make guys "crazy"? I have been watching a few boys from the time they were not smoking, to now when they take it like meals.

someone told me that people who are predisposed to schizophrenia will always go kookoo when they use weed being that THC brings out the underlying schizo earlier than expected, that gives some credence to the fact that one pal of mine has used weed since our childhood days and 20yrs later no sign of loose nuts another pal used weed for about 3yrs and the guy turned into robocop!
