lol.There's no formula since we are so different with diff preferences.
Once/twice/nonstop depends on your view of it.
But..
-It's not work
-It doesn't take from you, but rather adds.
-It is beautiful-it shouldnt be a stress reliever.
-Love yourself enough to desire the best not mediocrity -in/out/match.-leave this to hens.

@rankaz and @essyk, i thought i was the only one who reads athol kay. Apparently he has good 'married/ltr game'. I plan on buying his book, the 2011 mmsl primer when i settle down. It is highly recommended by what is called the manosphere.
