Hi Wazuans, please Help me on how to invest my 800K cash, i have the following properties also: I have a 50by100 plot in a major town outside Nairobi with rents in the area going for double rms,one bedroom and 2bedrooms, 4K , 7K and 10K respectively. I have another 120by130 plot with rents in the area going for, one room stone shop 2,500/= mabati kiosks 1,300/= each, mabati room 1K. I also have 1 Acre farmland 1KM from the town with a permanent water Dam.

The investment planning process is more complex than this and getting the best investment objective isnt easy due to the limited information:-
How do we classify your needs?
(i) maximising future growth
(ii) protecting the real value of capital
(iii) generating an essential level of income
(iv) protecting against future events

So amongst this what do u want?

From there then we can know what strategy to use...
if its;
(i) Income
(ii) Income and growth
(iii) Growth
(iv) outright growth

Think about this first....

@Maka,
what is the difference between "Growth" and "Outright growth"?.....examples.
