Won't touch this one until the monthly chart resets the strong bear trend even if results come in rosy.$15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

Quote: The new CEO was the General Manager for Kenya and has vast experience in the Kenyan market since 2002 when he joined the company.
..
We think the change could be a pointer to a reorganization to pave way for a strategic investor which the company has previously alluded to. The net loss of KES 6.2bn posted for FY12 continues to weigh down negatively on the company particularly on finance costs as the company is EBITDA positive. A cash injection and a proposed asset sale would put the company back on track in its Africa growth.

Going by the size of exits we are witnessing at this counter lately, ALL these current bids can be taken in a flash. and the "exiters" know that!!

Thank God i jumped ship when the Puma deal was hot yet we didn't have any information of whether it was sweet or bitter. The problem with the world is that the intelligent people are full of doubts while the stupid ones are full of confidence

the deal wrote:Segmen groomed Ohana to takeover...once he was ready...he retired...hallmark of a great CEO ... huh, so a great CEO should tender his resignation to the shareholders and leave the same day?

I Think Ohana is ready to clean the mess segman has left....I am actually pleased with this retirement/sacking heads had to roll...making such a huge loss and taking a huge chunk of shareholders fund down the drain is not something a good company takes lightly. I am actually wondering what Naikuni is still doing at KQ. '......to the acknowledgment of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ; 3 In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.' Colossians 2:2-3
