Remembering Safaricom [Niko na...] vs Qantas
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

I hope they did not pay for this bad imitation. What's happening to the Kenya creative minds? Are they rotting? Yaani they couldn't even rip-off another bank not called National Bank?

Sauna ad

Apparently these 2 fakes came from the same ad agency. What an easy way to make mulas.

This logo was done in South Africa by Interbrand Sampson. By this I mean the National Bank of Kenya one

Banking on Better is ok, its simple and easy to remember

What will you remember? What does that line say to you? Better than who?
Maybe I'm looking at this from a different mindset and need to change.

Why not Interbrand Sampson Kenya since it exists? Do South Africans understand the Kenyan market better? I loved what Hallo from SA did for CBA though.

BBI will solve it

Are they all supposed to be a play on the first letter (N)?

Btw the NMG logo is cleverer than it looks. If you look closely you'll notice a perfect circle in the negative space between the two blue shapes, which is like the roller on a printing press and giving the impression of paper rolling through a press

...of course it also forms the letter "N"

The National Bank logo is cleverer as well. If you look closely you'll notice that the yellow is National Geographic yellow. Looks like this guys googled National... (images) and put together a logo.
